Refund Policy (Final Sale)


All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Exceptions: We will replace or refund an item only if:

  • you received the wrong item, or
  • your item arrived damaged.


To request a resolution, email us at 1sthandsecondhand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos and video of the item and packaging.


If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method along with a 40% restocking fee


Condition notes:

Most items are new-with-tags or pre-owned. Any noticeable wear or flaws are disclosed in the product description and photos.
